year is an exciting year for us as we develop our new projects, "Emerald
Villa Services" and
With an ever increasing number of
clients who spend part of the year abroad we have decided to offer our
own comprehensive property management package to facilitate owning one
of our homes. All of these services are offered “in house” by the team
behind the original construction who have a vested interest in doing
things correctly.
In addition we provide a property rental service to
those who wish to let out their homes during their absence.
We are located in Chalong Bay at the southern end of Phuket Island in
Thailand.
